House building service

Our house building service can give you a complete turnkey solution to help you design and build your perfect home. We start with an initial meeting with you at our office to discuss your ideal requirements, room quantities, and budgets and offer our advice and experience to ensure it will meet local authority planning requirements. A set of drawings of options are then created for you to consider showing possible layouts. The drawings can then be tweaked to ensure everything is exactly how you want it. We then carry out all of the planning application work, and once granted begin the work.

Throughout the building process, will invite you to attend regular site visits so that you can see the progress and get a feel for finishing and fitting. This can either be undertaken by us, or the building is handed over ready for you to fit carpets, paint, tile, etc.
